FABER Return and Exchange Policy
At FABER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy ensures you have flexibility while protecting the integrity of our handcrafted pieces.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weโll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item carefully. Contact us immediately if you discover any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note:
- Made-to-order items can only be exchanged for a higher-priced item or the same item in a different size. These items are non-refundable.
- Certain items, such as custom or personalized pieces, are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a new purchase once your return has been accepted. Please note that exchangeable items can only be exchanged once.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no need for justification. To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and you will need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once weโve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
